Harlem! Is beautiful, upper Manhattan, is where to be! In May, our reigning Preteen, Iliana, auditioned to be a model in Kids Harlem Fashion Week. With a little help from the MNUSA pageant and model pros, and the confidence of our preteen, she aced the audition!
Iliana was chose to walk the runway for 4 designers! Her walk, her attitude, and her confidence said it all! The designs were beautiful, and fun fact, the designers were also kids!! I wanted to wear an outfit!
The Harlem Fashion Week staff did a wonderful job putting together a fashion show to build awareness of our future generation. We all need to make sure that we seed the plant, and help water, future, protect, and support, our children.
Iliana made some new friends, and received a medallion for walking in Kids Harlem Fashion Week.
