We had the pleasure to attend the Miss Blind Diva 2022 pageant. Miss Newark USA La'Shae and Miss Newark USA Preteen Taylor-Vaughn attended the event and were simply inspired.
The women were incredibly talented, well spoken, and were passionate about their platforms.
The East Orange Fire Fighters escorted the Divas throughout each phase of competition. The first one was introduction statement, each Diva explained her platform and what she believes in.
Second phase was talent! The talent was unbelievable! Rapping, singing, dancing, hair styling!
Third phase was Fashion, the Divas wore Queen Apparel T Shirts and looked amazing!
Fourth (my favorite) evening wear! The gowns... just makes you want to go shopping.
The judges had a hard time choosing a top three. After careful tallying we had a winner!

The Miss Blind Diva pageant was an incredible night to be a part of. The support, team building, and energy in the ballroom was definitely a memorable moment.
Miss Newark USA has a new sister! We are all empowering the world one Queen at a time.
